What is your delivery time?
We have over 600 products on stock - usually with a natural
finishing. If the parts are on stock, the delivery time is only
a few days, depending on the required surface finishing. For new
parts, the delivery time is between 6-8 weeks, depending on the
complexity of the geometry.
Can you make parts, which are not in your catalogue?
Yes we can - with our own moulding center we can produce almost
every shape. Just send us your inquiry with detailed drawing,
material requirements and quantity.
How is your price level?
Very reasonable for the performance! Blanket orders, terms of
payment, delivery times etc. bear potential for price
reductions!
How do you deal with reclamations?
Just return the parts to us together with the detailed
description of the problem or talk to our sales people in your
company. We will replace our faulty products or compensate you! |
